We can still supply 1mm grind suitable for brewing, marinades, and his is still very fine compared to other suppliers. If you proceed with the order please mail or SMS us (0400 000 963 and reference the order number) to let us know if you want the coarser 1mm or pre-order the regular ground when available.

Storage: Please stored frozen to extend shelf-life. We take a lot of effort to harvest, naturally air dry, and mill just prior to shipping to ensure you have the freshest, farm-direct product. Just like roasted coffee or ground cinnamon, strawberry gum is most exquisite when sued fresh.
